1. When shipments to O&M facilities do not qualify for prepaid freight and weigh 250 pounds or less, ship UPS Collect provided the packages fall within weight and size limits. For information about UPS Collect, contact O&M corporate transportation at (804) 723-7805. If the value of any package within a shipment exceeds $100, then you may request insurance fees to be added to the invoice.

2. When shipments to O&M facilities weigh more than 250 pounds, route the shipment with an O&M Preferred Carrier, by calling Landstar Logistics at *(888) 984-9800. If the value of any package within a shipment exceeds $100, then you may request insurance fees to be added to the invoice.
